    Product Summary

    PureAire’s KF25 0-1000ppm Trace Oxygen Analyzer is ideal for facilities requiring continuous monitoring of 3D printers, glove boxes, nitrogen gas lines, vacuum chambers, as well as any locations where there is little to no oxygen present. The unit’s sensor mounts directly into the vacuum chamber with the use of a KF type vacuum fitting. The analyzer is well suited for semiconductor tools, OLED manufacturers, 3D printing and, any industry applications where inert gases, including, but not limited to, nitrogen, helium, and argon are used in a vacuum. PureAire’s stable, long-life zirconium oxide sensor will last many years in maintained environments without needing to be replaced.

    The Trace Oxygen Analyzer, which measures oxygen from 0-1000 ppm, is intended for use in a vacuum. Environments where we recommend using the PureAire Trace Oxygen Analyzer include 3D printers, semiconductor tools, wafer transfer tools, process chambers, cryogenic glovebox, inert gases, nitrogen gas lines, and nitrogen generators.

    The Trace Oxygen Monitor comes with a 10 foot cable and 10+ year zirconium oxide sensor, which can be placed inside the vacuum for accurate readings. To monitor readings from outside, either connect the sensor using a 10-foot cable or K25 flange, then check readings and adjust the environment as necessary.

    PureAire's Trace Oxygen Analyzer can be used indoors or outdoors. Regardless of humidity, barometric pressure, or temperature changes, the oxygen analyzer performs reliably to safeguard your business. Even with a high electromagnetic field, this monitor can provide stable, accurate readings.

    PureAire's oxygen analyzers use a zirconium cell rather than an electrochemical sensor for increased reliability and longer-lasting performance. The zirconium sensor lasts for as long as 10 years with no calibration. Additionally, the zirconium sensor is very fast. In seconds, it can detect low oxygen conditions and sound an alarm to notify staff of low oxygen levels.

    A KF type vacuum fitting lets you mount the sensor directly into the vacuum chamber or into the load locks. By monitoring oxygen levels inside the vacuum, the Trace Oxygen Analyzer improves thru-put, since there’s no need to use an ambient environment as a medium for measuring oxygen levels.

    Rather than disposable sensors, which must be calibrated regularly to perform up to specifications, the Trace Oxygen Analyzer saves time and money. Within three years, the sensor will pay for itself. Customers enjoy an average savings of $475 per year by installing the Trace Oxygen Analyzer instead of another product.

    The Trace Oxygen Analyzer transmits readings directly to a distributive control system or a programmable logic controller, so you can easily check oxygen concentration levels inside the vacuum.

    PureAire's Oxygen Sensor Cell

    Unlike other zirconium cells, which need a reference gas to provide readouts, the Trace Oxygen Analyzer can operate without a reference gas. The Current Limiting Zirconium Oxide Oxygen sensor is superior at detecting low levels of oxygen, and it can be used in environments that contain no oxygen, for instance, 100 percent nitrogen environments. The oxygen cell in the trace Oxygen Analyzer needs less calibration,  no zero adjustments, and no span adjustments. An optional nitrogen or argon challenge can be conducted for peace of mind.

    Trace O2 Monitor System Features

    The Trace O2 Analyzer comes in different configurations. Choose between the simple display-only monitor or a fully-featured monitor that comes with user selectable alarms. No matter which display you choose, you’ll enjoy a sophisticated CPU, reliable performance, and peace of mind.

     

    All returns must be authorized by Spectra Services in order to insure proper credit and must be requested within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge. For returns not due to error on behalf of Spectra Services, the customer is responsible for all transportation fees related to the returned product. To ensure proper credit, each product return must include the following information:

    • Customer name and address
    • Purchase order number
    • Spectra Services shipping order number
    • Date of invoice
    • Item number of returned item(s)
    • Spectra Services return authorization number (RMA)
    • Reason for return

    Non-Returnable Goods
    Unfortunately, Spectra Services is unable to accept the following returns at this time:

    • Products not in completely resalable condition (including products with damaged, missing, or defaced labeling or packaging
    • Chemicals, reagents, diagnostics, sterile, or any controlled products (unless products do not meet specification
    • Laboratory apparatus or instruments that have been used or are without the original packaging, labeling and operating manuals
    • Refrigerated products or other perishables
    • Products which are not inventoried by Spectra Services and are not able to be returned to the manufacturer
    • Products purchased on a special order
    • Products not purchased from Spectra Services
    • Products with an expired shelf life or an expiration date too short for resale
    • Discontinued products

    Spectra Services reserves the right to review this policy on a case-by-case basis.

    Pre-Owned Products

    Upon receipt of the pre-owned product(s), the customer has one week to evaluate the product to ensure it meets their expectations. If for some reason the customer decides to return the product, they may do so at any point during those seven (7) days for a full refund. No restocking fee will be assessed, however, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Full credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the item(s) to ensure equipment was returned in the same condition it was initially shipped out in.

    Important Information

    All exchanges and returns require the completion of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Once completed, please return the merchandise immediately as the RMA number is only active for ten (10) days from the date of issuance.

    Charges associated with returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item(s) arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

    Spectra Services highly recommends that return packages be insured for full value and packaged securely to prevent shipping damage.

    Do you charge sales tax?

    Currently, we are authorized to collect sales tax in California, Connecticut, Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas and Washington. If we ship to any of these states, we are obligated to charge sales tax unless you provide us with a tax exempt certificate.     Do you accept international orders?

    Will I be charged for shipping?

    I received a damaged shipment. What can I do?

    Accidental damage during shipment can sometimes happen. When you take delivery of your freight, please inspect thoroughly for any visible damage to the outside of the shipping container before signing for it. If there are multiple pieces to the shipment, please account for all them. Should you find that any of the products are damaged or missing after receipt, contact us within three days to address the matter.
