In the event of an alarm, the responsible control centre is informed immediately, usually through connection to the building control system. You can define in advance which alarms are forwarded, how long the forwarding remains active and whether a reminder should be sent after the alarm acknowledgement. This allows you to react immediately in critical situations.

15 years of spare parts availability

Liebherr-Hausgeräte GmbH extends spare parts availability to 15 years from the end of production of the respective model. This applies to all functional and storable parts of the equipment and is guaranteed retroactively for appliances produced since 1 January 2021.

Height-adjustable feet

With height-adjustable feet available as an accessory, the height of the appliance can be adapted to your requirements. For example, the appliance can be raised to make cleaning underneath easier.

Alarm test

The alarm test can be used to check the functionality of the internal and, where applicable, externally connected alarm device. Cooling is not interrupted during the test, allowing emergency simulations and team training to be carried out without affecting stored contents.

Antibacterial lever handle

The easy-turn handle mechanism makes opening the door effortless and contains special antimicrobial substances that reduce bacteria by up to 99.99%*. This reduces the need for regular and time-consuming disinfection, making the appliance suitable for environments with multiple users.

Calibration function

Due to operational requirements and application-specific conditions, the interior temperature may differ from the set temperature. The calibration function allows these deviations to be adjusted according to a storage temperature determined using calibrated thermometers, helping ensure precise temperature control.

Interchangeable door hinge

Liebherr appliances are fitted with a right-hand door hinge as standard. Without significant effort or additional parts, the door hinge can be changed to the left, providing greater flexibility when choosing an installation location.

Replaceable door seal

Liebherr's plug-in door seals can be easily replaced without tools. If a seal becomes damaged, it can be replaced quickly, helping save both time and maintenance costs.

Cleanroom compatible

Important appliance information is always easy to access. The serial number, service number and model designation are displayed clearly, eliminating the need to search for labels or empty the appliance to locate essential information.

Demo mode

For training purposes or exhibitions, the appliance functions can be simulated in demo mode without operating the cooling system. This saves time and energy while allowing users to become familiar with the appliance.

Feedthrough for external sensors

An integrated cable feedthrough provides a clean and professional solution for connecting an external sensor to monitor the storage temperature. The opening allows wiring from outside to inside without drilling holes or damaging the door seal.

Hidden customer menu

The hidden customer menu provides access to appliance status information and detailed settings, including factory reset options. Protected by a separate code-secured menu level, it helps prevent unwanted changes or manipulation.

Hidden technician menu

The hidden service menu allows individual appliance configuration, including alarm sound settings, target value ranges and automatic defrost adjustments. These technical settings allow the appliance to be adapted to specific operational requirements.

Intuitive menu navigation

Check the appliance status directly from the control panel integrated flush into the door without opening it. The self-explanatory menu can be operated using symbols and voice control in up to 12 languages. The display can also be controlled using three touch buttons or Touch & Swipe, even when wearing gloves.

Min./max. temperature recording

Min./max. temperature recording stores the minimum and maximum interior temperatures recorded from a defined start time and displays them clearly. This makes it easy to check whether storage temperatures have remained within acceptable limits.

Power failure info

If the power supply is interrupted, power failure information appears once power is restored. The appliance reports that a power interruption occurred and records the maximum temperature reached during that period, helping users assess whether stored contents may have been affected.

Recommended cleaning products and disinfectant

Liebherr appliances are designed for a product lifetime of up to 15 years. To help maintain the appliance, Liebherr recommends cleaning and disinfecting products that have been tested for safe use, helping prevent accidental damage during routine care.

Reminder function

The reminder function alerts users when the next basic cleaning or calibration is due. The interval can be selected from predefined options and set directly on the appliance, allowing users to focus on their work.

Self-closing door < 90°

From an opening angle of approximately 90°, the appliance door remains open to make loading, unloading and cleaning easier. Below approximately 90°, the door closes automatically, helping prevent it from being left open accidentally and supporting stable storage temperatures.

Settings with password protection

All settings that influence the function or control of the appliance can be protected with a password. This helps protect stored contents from unwanted changes or manipulation of storage conditions.
