ENDURO Molecular Weight Markers

ENDURO Molecular Weight Markers are available as a 100bp or 1 Kb ladder. The smaller ladder includes 11 fragments in a range from 100 to 2,000bp and is ideal for verification of PCR products. For size analysis of digested DNA, the larger ladder with 13 fragments between 300 and 10,000bp is appropriate. Each is supplied in glycerol with bromphenol blue at a concentration of 0.1 μg/μl. Five to ten microliters of sample is sufficient for clear visualization. Markers are stable table at room temperature for nine months. |
