Our deconvolution system allows the user the benefits of confocal microscopy without the cost. Using a standard widefield fluorescent microscope and high-end CCD camera coupled with a z-stage and deconvolution software, our system is able to simply create 3D stacks of single or multi-labeled fluorescent samples. Stacks processed using deconvolution can be analyzed or saved in standard image formats. |
