Our History
Founded in 1977, Spectra Services, Inc. is a privately-held business, dedicated to the sales and service of microscopy products and laboratory equipment from major manufacturers. Our corporate headquarters is located in Rochester, NY, which is recognized world-wide as the leading geographical center for imaging, optics and photonics. Our main office has 15 full-time employees, with an inside sales force selling world wide and outside sales specialists serving New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida.

Our Current Business
Spectra provides a comprehensive selection of new and used microscopes from many of today's leading manufacturers as well as complimentary products such as motorized stages, digital cameras, fiber optics, measurement equipment and image analysis software. Whether you need a single microscope, complete imaging system or a custom-designed imaging solution, our experienced imaging specialists will demonstrate our products and help you determine the products that best meet your requirements. If you're unsure of exactly what type of solution you need, we can advise you based on your unique application. Spectra provides after-sale service and support for our entire line of products.
