Features and Benefits:
This system is based upon the temperature control technology used in the Examina heating and freezing stages. The dynamic heating and cooling performance ensures that many electrical component temperature control applications are covered.
Up to 4 positional gold tipped, tungsten probes (other types can be used) can be connected to electrical connectors within the sample chamber and enable the user to make electrical measurements on the sample, while accurately controlling the temperature inside a gas tight environment. Gas ports on the sides of the stage enable the user to purge the sample environment with inert or humidified gas.
The stage consists of a 22mm diameter temperature controlled element with a platinum resistor sensor embedded close to the surface for accurate temperature measurements. The sample is simply placed on the heating element and the probes moved manually to make contact at the appropriate points. Probes have excellent positional resolution enabling precise contact points to be made easily.

The new T95-LinkPad temperature controller with LCD touch screen control is used to quickly program a temperature profile by simply tapping the onscreen controls.
The system comes as a simple turn key solution easily operated with little or no experience with temperature controlled stages.
To cool samples from ambient down to -196C, add the LNP95 liquid nitrogen cooling system. This highly efficient LN2 pump, using proprietary pumps and tubing, automatically controls pumping rate to ensure minimal LN2 is required
There are stage clamps available to attach the stage to the substage of the microscope or use the Linkam Imaging station to ensure even greater sample access and free up your research microscope for other microscope based applications where the Examina Probe stage is not required.
